Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use School Progress.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not use School Progress to share unlawful or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to hack or disrupt the platform.
• Do not impersonate anyone or use another person's account.

4. Ownership

All code, design, and branding belong to Grant Garbe. You keep ownership of the data you create, such as schedules and Work Tracker entries.

5. Linked Services

School Progress uses Clerk, NeonDB, Vercel, Cloudflare, Discord, and Google Analytics. By using the site, you also agree to those services’ terms and policies.

6. Termination

I may suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or misuse School Progress in any way.

7. Disclaimer

School Progress is provided “as is.” I do not guarantee uptime, security, or that the service will be free from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use of this service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

10. Changes

I may change these Terms at any time. Continued use of School Progress means you accept any updated version.
