School Progress is intended for users 13 years and older. If you are under 13, do not create an account or submit any personal information.

• Full name and school email when creating an account.
• School name, class schedule, and Work Tracker entries you manually add.
• Classes you create or join.
• Device and usage data collected through Google Analytics (not personally identifiable).

3. How I Use Information

• Operate and improve features like schedules and the Work Tracker.
• Manage user authentication through Clerk.
• Improve reliability and site performance.
• Respond to user requests or important notices.

• Clerk — authentication
• NeonDB — database hosting
• Vercel — web hosting
• Cloudflare — security and content delivery
• Discord — optional community integration
• Google Analytics — anonymous analytics

Data is stored securely in NeonDB and protected by standard encryption and access controls. While absolute security cannot be guaranteed, I take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.

Your information remains stored while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing g.garbe220950@simivalleyusd.org.
